Dr. Jillian Gilbert, CF-LSP
Director, Leadership By Design
Dr. Jillian Gilbert is an expert in organizational leadership and development, innovation, and strategy. With a BA in Organizational Communication and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, she furthered her expertise by earning a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Certified in Design Thinking from Stanford's Hasso Plattner School of Design and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator, Dr. Gilbert bridges the gap between theory and practice, helping individuals and teams uncover their leadership potential.
She leads interactive workshops focused on leadership and team identity, cross-generational workforce dynamics, and creative problem-solving. Her 20+ years of international experience, combined with her extensive work in higher education and nonprofits, has positioned her as a thought leader in organizational renewal, creativity and innovation, and adult education. Dr. Gilbert has worked with prestigious clients such as the US Navy-Surface Warfare Centers, In-n-Out Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, and more. Her published work topics include leader-follower relationships, reframing play in adult learning, organizational innovation and renewal, and navigating the complexities of a multigenerational workforce.
